Cardio Gym
Within our cardio gym, there are 7 aerobic machines, including 2 state of the art Wattbike Atom X’s.
Weights Gym
A beautifully-equipped workout gym with Lifefitness exercise machines, a Smith machine, and a full range of free weights. We also have a heavy punch bag, swiss balls, resistance bands, and excellent instructional posters.
Both of our gyms are available for bookings, and we have an informal policy of not mixing genders without consent from both.
We have Bluetooth speakers in both gyms.
Personal Training Plans can be developed for toning, losing weight or general fitness, and are designed especially for you.
There are shower facilities and private changing rooms.
Age requirements are 16+ years for the fitness suite and sauna.
It is required that you attend a FREE induction session, taking approximately 15 minutes to acquaint you with the appropriate use of the equipment for your requirements.
Ventilation has been installed in both gyms to ensure Covid-security for up to 4 people at a time. We only allow a maximum of 3 people at present.
