We have three fitness classes at present for females( although males are not excluded from any of them).
We intend to start a male fitness class Wednesdays 8.00 pm, beginning on February 11th.
All categories of present fitness will be catered for. Why are we doing this? Yes to make some money but there is nothing more important than your health and it is a fact exercise helps to prevent serious
Illness. The ladies are obviously making an effort and it is not a fact of life that weight goes on after youth so we are here to help.
