This youth club is aimed at P5 – S2 age young people and is held in Spòrsnis on most Friday evenings during school term. Rock Solid is a fast and exciting mix of crazy games, sporty games, music, discussions and talky bits! Plus tuck shop, competitions, quizzes, prizes. Rock Solid is a club launched by

Kids Club Bowling is a ten pin bowling club for children in P6 and above with the emphasis on HAVING FUN while you learn to bowl.

We have three fitness classes at present for females( although males are not excluded from any of them).
We intend to start a male fitness class Wednesdays 8.00 pm, beginning on February 11th.
All categories of present fitness will be catered for. Why are we doing this? Yes to make some money but there is nothing more important than your health and it is a fact exercise helps to prevent serious
Illness. The ladies are obviously making an effort and it is not a fact of life that weight goes on after youth so we are here to help.

Very busy today, kids club and junior bowling in the morning. Well done to Hector, John Alan and John Angus who received trophies from Paddy Furey, one of our directors. We thank Norrie Campbell, plumbing/ heating engineer for his sponsorship.
Both bouncy castles were well tested and we should improve on storing them in a neater fashion. £30 / £40 per hour for each which includes hall charge.
Manager offers money back to those who score 200 in a game but as usual no takers.

Many householders are suffering from damage and I speak from personal experience. Glad to say Sporsnis has stood up well with little damage so far. Everything is working and we open at 12.00 , we have a birthday party at 2.00pm.

Based in Ness, in the Isle of Lewis, Spòrsnis features a large multi-purpose hall, fitness suite and sauna, soft-play area and community learning and resource areas. It also boasts the only 10-pin bowling alley in the Western Isles.

The facility currently operates 6 days a week from 9.00am to 10.00pm.
