If you don’t want to play football outside in the elements, come along to football training for P5-7 aged pupils in our large sports hall.
Spòrsnis is of obvious value to athletes of all ages and abilities, we run an athletics class that would be of considerable benefit to any individual or club looking to expand their training, whether for sprint training, or general conditioning.

Primary football- 23 young footballers went to play in Barvas this afternoon against West Side boys and girls in dozens of 4 a side games. We have a lot to learn from their organisation and so many committed helpers. Thanks to Buckie and his assistants for their hospitality.
Despite the cool conditions it was very worthwhile. Thanks also to the parents for assisting with transport and to Ness FC supporting youngsters by financing the minibus. Please remember them when they are fundraising.

North of Scotland primary cross country champs yesterday in Alness. Lionel girls and Tolsta boys travelled together on the day trip. What a beautiful day it was, new ferry and all.
The girls were 4th in the team competition. Well done to Gemma who was 8th, followed by Roxana , Rachel, Ceit, Erin and Ceitlin.

Based in Ness, in the Isle of Lewis, Spòrsnis features a large multi-purpose hall, fitness suite and sauna, soft-play area and community learning and resource areas. It also boasts the only 10-pin bowling alley in the Western Isles.

The facility currently operates 6 days a week from 9.00am to 10.00pm.
